EXHIBITION STATEMENT

collaberration combined the diverse creative approaches of multiple artists through a series of experimental illustrative works. The invited local, Australian and international artists created illustrations, paintings and / or prints, which complement and contrast Quapoor’s approach in varying degrees. The exhibition emphasised that collaborative artworks are more than the sum of their parts. Mostly though, collaberration aimed to be visually engaging and fun.

#collaberration GALLERY

The physical invitations to collaberration were intended as a collaborative artwork project for all. The image on the front was unfinished, so you could add to it in your style or medium of choice. The free invitations have now all been distributed, however you can contact Danish if you would like to pay for a printed invitation, or you can print the unfinished artwork yourself and add to it. 
You can hashtag #collaberration if you post the work on social media and / or submit the image directly to Danish below. See below for a gallery of finished invitation collaborations!
